The flagship

Managed Marketing

One partner running your entire marketing function, instead of you stitching together a strategist, a web person, an SEO, someone for ads, and a designer.

Most companies without a marketing team do not want to operate one.

They want it handled. Not a tool to learn, not a dashboard to check, not four contractors to coordinate on a Tuesday when something is already on fire.

Managed Marketing is the alternative to building a department. We plan it, build it, run it every week, and tell you plainly what it produced.

It is the default path for most of our clients, and the reason the individual capabilities below exist as one connected system rather than a menu.

Work moving from a single content pipeline out to search, social, email and paid channels

The loop

Plan

Positioning, pillars and the calendar. You see the quarter laid out, not a vague promise of content.

Build

The website and the engine behind it, configured to your business and built for search from the start.

Run

Organic and paid, content and creative, produced and published every week rather than in bursts.

Report

What happened, what it drove, and what changes next month. In plain language, no dashboard to interpret.

The engagement

What you are actually buying

Managed Marketing is an ongoing engagement rather than a project with an end date. Three things worth knowing before you get in touch.

Who runs it

Patrick and Vanessa lead every engagement personally, with a bench of specialists who come in when the work calls for them. You are not handed to an account manager once the contract is signed.

How it starts

We get up to speed on the business quickly, settle the positioning if it is not already settled, and put a quarter on the calendar you can actually see. Work ships in the first month rather than after a long discovery phase.

What it costs

We will work out what you actually need and build a scope of work that gets you where you want to go.

Our methodology

Marketing Miles Per Gallon

The reason a studio this size can produce at the volume it does. We name it because it is the thing clients ask about once they see the output.

Marketing Miles Per Gallon is how much marketing you get out of every asset you create: build one substantial thing, then break it into smaller pieces and distribute them until the asset is spent.

  1. 01Build the tankOne substantial asset: a guide, a piece of research, a shoot, a recorded conversation. Something with enough in it to be worth returning to.
  2. 02Break it downPull the asset apart into the pieces already inside it. A guide holds a dozen social posts, several email sections, a handful of graphics and usually a video script.
  3. 03DistributeRun those pieces across channels on their own schedule, each linking back to the asset. The asset gets found; the pieces do the finding.
  4. 04Measure the mileageAsk how far one asset traveled, not how many things were posted. The number that matters is output per asset, not output per week.
