MRK Technologies an industry leader in the Cleveland and Great Lakes region when it comes to IT services. The company had a rich 30+ year history of making customers happy and providing excellent business solutions.
However, the company has long been a “best kept secret” … which isn’t necessarily something that business owners like to hear! The company never put much effort to proactive marketing, and instead relied on sales and referrals.
With a new product and service offering, MRK decided it was time to really refresh their brand and marketing strategy.
Our Solution
With a brand new service offering that really differentiats MRK from the pack of competitors, we felt that it was the perfect time to refresh the website and overall brand profile. The solution included a brand new website built on WordPress, a top-to-bottom SEO strategy that focused on being found for their top service offerings, and a new web architecture that more accurately reflected where the business was headed.
The Zangardi Studio not just designed and developed the website, but also interviewed the MRK team to fully understand their services and offerings which allowed us to write all of the content on the site. As a professional services company we know how important their people are to the success of the company. As such we included photography and video services to add some personality to the site and show off the expertise their team offers.
